Excellent Weather for Lady Daphne trip

Wednesday dawned with blue skies and sunshine. We couldn't have asked for better weather for our Thames Barge trip on the Lady Daphne. Dr David Hilling inspired us with anecdotes and fascinating information along the way, and on the way back the Tower of London's bridge miraculously opened up to let us through. Many thanks to David Hilling (our speaker) and to Elisabeth Mainelli (the owner of the barge), and to all of you who came along and took part.
